One Heart's foundation is based on the awareness and knowing of the true consciousness by exploring different modalities, allowing new platforms, and systems, to unfold harmoniously while fitting them into the requirements of balance between the emotional and physical life styles.
Being inspired by Expo 86 in Vancouver Canada, Maggie Wilkins passion was to create environments and offer classes that point to the gift to "Simply BE" allowing the divine purpose of the universe to unfold in this moment.
